Just wanted to make you aware that we do have (2) vision plans. The one that is being offered thru Forrest T. Jones & Co., Inc. by the reps on your campuses is EyeMed. It is geared for your discount optical outlets. The one local optometrist that honors this plan is Dr. Huntress. The other plan is VSP (Vision Service Plan). This plan is geared for use with your local optometrists. You may enroll in this plan at this time as well. I have attached plan information and an enrollment sheet to this e-mail. Please remember whichever plan you choose the enrollment form needs to be turned in with your cafeteria enrollment form at this time.
